Mardi Gras Party

We can hang 5 posters in the venue and will send the rest out with our street team. Every town needs a venue like The Pour House in Raleigh, NC. Owned and operated by people who are unafraid to give their stage to artists with a strong voice and welcome anyone who enters their doors. This was the perfect venue for The Soap Girls and opening band, Pie Face Girls who both delivered wildly entertaining punk and rock sets to a small but very excited crowd. Nuclear Honey mainly performs in Raleigh, so I'd highly recommend catching them at their next show!

The energy is very upbeat and you're likely to be enticed to dance with their infectious rhythms. The Pour House also has a record store in their upstairs space. It features both new and used vinyl. The record store is open from 12 p.m.

And The Pour House Music Hall hosts many bands of different genres almost every day of the week! You can check out its schedule here. Gray Henderson, one of the lead vocalists and guitarists of Nuclear Honey, describes The Pour House Music Hall as being a centrally located venue in downtown Raleigh with a dive bar feel.

We are Raleigh’s home for all things music, hosting local and nationally touring artists while also running a record shop and bar. The Pour House Music Hall is Raleigh’s oldest live music venue and has hosted thousands of concerts with some of finest musicians from around the world. From the Avett Brothers to Os Mutantes, from Corrosion of Conformity to Leon Russell, The Pour House Music Hall has been bringing good times to fans and bands for over 15 years.

We ask that you pay the seller $12/hr directly for their services. Marketing a show is all about repeatedly hitting people over the head with your band. The sooner you send us promo material, the better. If you are looking to book a show, check out our booking page. If you are looking to rent The Pour House for a corporate event, private party, or social gathering, click here.

Raleigh's favorite live music venue since 1997, The Pour House Music Hall features live music almost every night with local and national bands sharing the stage nightly. Presenting everything from rock & roll to jazz, from country to hip hop. If it's good music, you will find it at The Pour House.

There are certain circumstances where underage patrons are allowed to see a show. The record store features a full bar with five draft beers, free live shows, album release parties, listening parties, record signings and more. Alter Bridge and special guests, Sevendust, set the bar for a hard rock performance with effortless musical perfection on the tour’s opening night. The Pour House Music Hall is known not only for its large amount of support for local bands, but also local breweries. The venue offers local brews that they regularly have on tap, such as beers from Big Boss Brewing Company, White Street Brewing Company and Lonerider Brewing Company.

We ask that you are fully dressed and wear shoes. Please do not wear club/gang colors or merch affiliated with any clubs/gangs. We do not allow any clothing or merch of any groups/bands/artists that promote hateful, violent, or antisemitic idealogy. You are welcome to bring your camera to photograph bands but we ask that you contact and confirm with any artist before doing so. Photography/Recording policies are at the discretion of the band and venue management and are subject to change.

Prior to their set, all members of the band were at the bar, laughing with friends, and fitting in sound checks for their instruments along the way. If you didn’t know who they were, they appeared as excited and gregarious fans out for a night of music and a good time. After their set, every member of the band was once again out and about, enjoying the headliner’s show and having a ball without hesitation. Gray also mentioned that Nuclear Honey has performed about five or six times at The Pour House Music Hall because of the staff, the stage, the sound and the atmosphere.

The Pour House Music Hall is hosting a Mardi Gras Party, featuring Boom Unit Brass Band and Organ Failure, on Tuesday, February 21st, 2023. Serving downtown Raleigh for over 14 years now, The Pour House Music Hall has established itself as the most relaxed place to hang out, see a great show, and have a few drinks. We take pride in keeping our ticket and drink prices reasonable so you don’t go home broke. Most street parking in downtown Raleigh is free after 6 PM and during weekends. There are also several accessible parking decks within a few minutes walk from The Pour House.

We love great music, great people, and great drinks at The Pour House Music Hall & Record Shop. Pie Face Girls, a self-proclaimed “angry band,” are local to Raleigh, NC. Everything from their origins as a band to the musical backgrounds of some of the members, to their on-stage antics makes them a textbook example of everything a punk rock band should be.

The environment is friendly and suits about 100 fans. On the first floor, it has some bench seating and a few tables and barstools arranged closer to the bar area. Last Sun., The Pour House Music Hall hosted a few of the many musicians that came to Raleigh for Hopscotch Music Festival 2013. The venue held an after-party that brought together area bands like The Chit Nasty Band and Nuclear Honey to rock the stage. The Pour House Music Hall, located in the Moore Square Art District in downtown Raleigh, has brought together great musicians from all over N.C.

The city of Raleigh does not allow trailers to park on the street. If you do not have a trailer or a dual axle on your vehicle, park on the street or in one of the decks next to the venue. If you do have a trailer, we will direct you to parking when you arrive. It’s only a few blocks up the street.
