It's also possible to ascend the lift near the operating theatre, although this leads to a locked door. A Hospital Library Key can be found in a desk here, along with two locked (DC 10) gilded chests and some minor loot. Now, I walk my main in a straight line, with no saving throw checks.
Not really a hidden door from what I can see!

Handle that room, then come back to the central room and rinse-and-repeat? After you defeat them, head to the south side of the room to find double doors. The Wooden Caskets inside are empty, but the Heavy Chest, with a lockpicking DC of 14, contains the Bided Time.

Baldur’s Gate 3: House of Healing Morgue Secret Door
When you first encounter the Sharr lookout in Rivington, you’re given your next instruction. Go to the House of Grief and face the consequences of your actions and try to save your parents. The Sharran Lookout is located in Rivington east near the refugees’ barn. There, you’ll find a shabby tent-like setup next to a well with a man named Ferg Drogher standing underneath it. This man is a peddler of mementos, and, believe it or not, a Sharran. Use Shadowheart to talk to him and he’ll nudge her to the Cloister of Sombre Embrace—a Sharr temple underneath the House of Grief.
How to Open the Morgue Door in the House of Healing in Baldur’s Gate 3
Exit through the double doors, and then head up the short staircase. A successful Perception check will reveal a button on the wall. Pressing it will reveal a hidden room in turn, as the wall slides away. The charred corpse to the right is carrying Firzu's Ring of Trading, while the chest ahead of you contains the Strange Tendril Amulet. When you're done, you can head up the stairs to the east to exit the morgue.
Ominous crevice[edit edit source]
It’s actually pretty obvious with how there’s an outline around it but we don’t say that out loud. Next to it is a button that you can interact or shoot a weapon or a spell at if you’re extra like me. Throw the lever down and you’ll find the door swinging open to reveal a cave. There’s not much to see in here immediately, but head down the stairs and look to the west to see a chest on a small platform. A normal jump won’t quite reach this point, so use Misty Step or Fly to get across.

After that, leave the Necrotic Laboratory and enter the door to the left of the exit. This will take you to a room with a crevice and toxic gas, another interesting secret location. There's Karabasan's Poison on the desk to your left, and a successful Perception check here will reveal a lever in between the two desks. The Tissue and Organ Register will reveal the head surgeon to be Ketheric's uncle. The shelves ahead will have a variety of potions for you to pick up.
Inside this chest, you’ll find the Fleshmelter Cloak which deals 1-4 Acid damage to any enemies that attack you with melee. It’s a nice reward and that makes exploring the Morgue in Baldur’s Gate 3 very worthwhile. That’s how you open the secret door in the House of Healing Morgue in Baldur’s Gate 3. Now go out there and get that loot inside the secret room! Make sure to go check out our guide on how to find the lock to fit the flower key if you haven’t already. He’s out here killing anyone who walks through his door, and his murder sprees are sanctioned by his dear nephew, Ketheric Thorm.

What you really need to do is enter the locked room that’s located on the far western side of the Morgue. This is a DC 18 lock which makes it much easier to open than the metal door. Inside you’ll see a ghastly room full of alchemical bottles and human remains.
Finally, there's a trapped Opulent Chest in the northwest corner of the room. Both its disarming and lockpicking DCs are 14, and it contains the Eversight Ring. The lever will now throw the door open, revealing a stinking cave full of corpses. You’ll note that the lever beside the locked door isn’t working.
Prepare accordingly and then surprise them and enter a combat engagement against thirteen Enemies in total, led by a Cursed Kuo-Toa Chief. The minor Enemies won't really be too hard to take down with their small health pools, but the Chief will have a health pool closer to your party's. Take care of the little ones as quickly as you can so you can begin focusing on their leader. After defeating them, loot as much as necessary before you move on. There's a Wooden Chest inside the hut with a substantial amount of gold.
That’s because the door has a saving throw of 30, which is likely out of reach for most players when they encounter it. But there are better options, and you don’t have to go that far to get to them. To the Left is a small room with a dead Harper with the Necrotic Laboratory Spare Key and a locked chest containing Bided Time. Reading the Surgeon's Research Notes completes the Inspirational Event Hippocratic No More (Sage background).
But go into the research lab at the end of the hall, and you’ll find a lever. To get rid of it, interact with the 2 Went on the floor to pass the skill check and open them. When going around the many places in the game, you might find yourself in the House of Healing Morgue. This place is a bit tricky to get to with all the hazards, but once you get here there are more secrets you can find, including a secret door. Keep your eyes on the lever to the left of the middle table.
This lookout is incredibly unassuming, and you’ll probably walk right past it if you don’t know exactly what you’re looking for. When you arrive at the House of Healing in Baldur’s Gate 3, you must pass a dialogue check to enter, but once inside, you can stroll around freely. What you can do here is, as previously said, obtain the Lute required to awaken Art Cullagh in the Last Light Inn. To do so, you must proceed to the operating room and meet Malus Thorm, the head honcho of the House of Healing. BG3 includes multiple exceptionally well-hidden elements and passageways that you can use to obtain additional goodies.
